The Biology Of Belief by Bruce Lipton

The Biology Of Belief : Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter and Miracles by Bruce Lipton.

I recently read this book (twice!) and it blew my mind. It goes deep into the science of Epigenetics, and I wanted to do a quick review and share why I found it so powerful.

Most people believe that they’re destined to have a certain disease because their biological mother or father had it. Nothing could be further from the truth. “Genetics loads the gun, Epigenetics pulls the trigger”.

Genetics are what you are born with. Epigenetics is what happens to you from the time you are born. Your lifestyle, diet, thoughts, perceptions and toxin exposure all play a critical role in the rise of chronic diseases today. How powerful to know that we all hold our own health destiny in our hands!

To quote @brucelipton “the moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body”.

You can find this book, along with all of the books that have had an impact on my health journey, HERE

Please share if you read it. I’d love to know what impacted you!
